Always wishing to push myself I participate in numerous challenging and enduring sporting events. As a driving force and so that others benefit from my efforts I choose to raise sponsorship money for various charities.

Auckland Marathon Certificate (November 2009)
My second ever marathon with the intention to beat 3 and a half hours. Very happy with the result.

Nottingham Marathon Certificate (September 2006)
This was my first attempt at the 26.2 mile distance required to complete the event and I set myself a target to finish it within a 4 hour time frame. I raised £185 for the mental health charity, Mind

Oxfam Trailwalker Certificate (July 2005)
With alot of help from my Managing Director eight of us managed to raise £20,000 by taking part in the Trailwalker event. This is a globally recognised event and requires teams of four to walk/run 100km in 30 hours or less in one push.

Cancer Research Certificate (July 2004)
Three of us managed to raise £3,000 by taking part in the Rough Ride which is a 75km cross country bike ride up and down the moorland trails of Herefordshire. This year will be my third time.

Bungee Burton (August 2002)
This was my first bungee jump and I raised £50 for research into Diabetes.
